ELEVEN DAYS IN THE COLD
It's cold, but warm days are to come.
Those that learn to endure, succeed.
A lesson: take everything that you see at face value and limit your expectations.
There is something strange about coming back to where it all start. A sense of familiarity mixed with confusion.
Gentrification happens but that foundation is still there.
The sooner I accepted that, the better the opportunity for a better outcome.
At some point, you're going to come across conflict with yourself. That's normal.
Those memories are still there.
The love that started it all is still there. Even though it was cold my heart still remained warm.
I think that's what I appreciate the most.
It's your duty to figure yourself out.
It's also your duty to help others along the way.
Pain and hurt is just your ego. So let it go.
Summer is approaching...
